My life’s work is devoted to helping you

win without losing yourself.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats but the common message present in each role was this – take care of yourself, so you can take care of business.

After coming face to face with the reality that my devotion to work and serving others came at the expense of checking in with myself, I took a purposeful pause from my side hustles to explore and unravel what my dedication to being booked and busy was really masking.

Here’s what I uncovered:

  • Wellbeing is the foundation of everything we do
  • Pretending to be ‘strong’ and ‘fine’ can do more harm than good for your wellbeing
  • You can’t outrun, outperform or outwork your self-image
  • Ambition should enrich your life, not deplete it
  • Loving what you do doesn’t make you immune to burnout
  • And most importantly DOING good for others requires us to BE good to ourselves.

The key is taking an intentional approach to work and wellness that aligns your goals with a definition of success that’s entirely your own.
